SCIENCE BEHIND THE INGREDIENTS
Polyisobutylene acts as a waterproof agent and an emollient to maintain skin barrier, prevent moisture loss and improve skin's texture. Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium acts as film forming agent in the dressing to provide moist wound healing environment for blemishes. Rosin an agent in synthetic wound dressing. Polybutene helps protect the blemishes, absorbs exudates from the wound to form a 'cloudy' look. Mineral oil provides moisture and soften the skin, improves skin barrier function.

MY THOUGHTS ON PRODUCT PERFORMANCE
Jumiso AC Cure Cover Patch Blemish Care is a waterproof hydrocolloid patches which help absorb exudates or impurities from the acne while maintain moist healing environment. The direction of use is to apply to affected areas as soon as an imperfection appeared, could leave from 4 to 8 hours, advertise for blemishes but could use on other small wounds on the body. These spot patches comes in different sizes of 12 mm and 10 mm on each sheet, useful for different sizes of acne. In wound care, hydrocolloid dressing could stay in place for up to 7 days as long as it's visibly clear, no abnormal amount of exudate/cloudy forming on the surface of the dressing. When I'm using these patches, if there is no visible cloudy, I could see on the dressing's surface and it did not come off while cleansing, I tend to leave the dressing in place for more than 24 hours. This way it minimises damages from constant replacing of dressing and also create the moist environment for the wound to heal faster. Personally, I love these hydrocolloids dressing as I have been using this in wound care at work long way before it becomes a trend in cosmetics world. Even-though, the round clear shape suits the cosmetics purpose on the face, I find the packaging sort of wasteful, there are cut to size version available to healthcare that is more eco-friendly.
