The Basic Blue Cosmetics does not offer refunds or accepts returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as we appreciate that everyone's skin is uniquely different, so results may vary.
We are confident that your skin will love our products as we strike for your skin's benefits. However, in the event that you would like to return a product, we will do so on case to case basis.
Faulty Items
A refund or exchange will be accepted if product is faulty.
Exchange/store credit
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
Returns process
A refund or exchange will only be accepted if a product in faulty, incorrect or damaged, please provide proof of purchase including photos and details within 7 days of delivery.
The Basic Blue Cosmetics will then verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund and response accordingly.
