Once you placed your order, we are unable modify any changes or cancel your order. Please consider carefully before placing an order with us, more details in our returns policy.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking information.
If you would like to change your shipping address, please send an URGENT email to email@example.com with subject line as 'change wrong address' along with your order number and updated address for us to take action as quickly as possible. However, when your order already dispatched, further modifications would not be possible.

Free Express Shipping on all New Zealand orders.
The Basic Blue Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages as a result of shipping or packages delayed in transit. Shipping cost for orders are non-refundable.
We're currently not offer international shipping, hopefully in the near future :)
