The Basic Blue Cosmetics was created by Founder​ Selene Nguyen a registered nurse.

As part of her job, she has been constantly washing, sanitizing her hands to prevent the spread of infections. Her hands become very dry, irritated, cracked and when worse bleeding from peeling areas​
